Massage & Bodywork
Massage is the manipulation of soft tissue to relax you, move you out of pain, and rejuvenate your mood. I practice many modalities and combine them to help you meet your specific goals. If you would rather have energy work during your session, just tell your therapist you want to do energy work rather than massage.
45- Minute Massage

Just enough time to focus on one or two problem areas so you may find some relief.
60- Minute Massage

Mineral Salt Massage

This is a specialty massage that uses sea salt, olive and avocado oil blended with essential oils that is applied with a light touch to help exfoliate the skin and move toxins through the systems . Must be scheduled in a two- hour time block and is not appropriate for before work, as you will need to go home and shower the salt residue off. The salt scrub is removed with warm, wet towels.
90- Minute Massage

When an hour is just not enough, this massage solves that problem and gives you even more time to relax and drift.
